Responsibility:
* Guiding the team on how to practice Agile/Scrum methodology
* Collaborate with product/business team to deliver the requirements and be able to make the right decision on dev team’s inquiries
* Coordinate internal resources for the flawless exception of projects, and perform risk management to minimize the project risks
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
* Learning and understanding all of our products and business logics
* Making the product design proposals
* Report and escalate to management as needed
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations

What we are looking for:
* Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project/product managers
* Proven working experience as a project/product manager in the information technology or internet sector, PMP certification is a plus
* Experience of Agile methodology and process
* Good understanding of web application project delivery life-cycle
* Strong project management, organizational skills, presentation skills and analyzing skills
* Highly motivated self-initiator with the ability to drive for good results
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team-based setting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, great Mandarin is highly appreciated
* Solid organizational skill including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
